No Returns or Refunds

At 380 Afro Food Mart, we have a strict no returns, no refunds policy. All sales are final once the transaction is completed.

Please examine all products carefully before purchasing. We recommend checking expiration dates, packaging integrity, and product details.

Exceptions

The only exception to our no-return policy is if you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective upon delivery. In such cases:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged items
  • Include your order number and contact information

After reviewing your claim, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement for the damaged item. No cash refunds will be issued.

Special Order Items

Special order items, including bulk orders and custom items, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
